These terms apply to enquiries, quotations and orders placed with Wood Master International ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using this website you agree to them. Please read them together with your quotation.
1. Enquiries and quotations
Prices are not shown on this website. We give a written quotation on request by WhatsApp, phone or email. A quotation states the product, quantity, price, currency, production time and any other conditions, and is valid for the period written on it.
2. Orders
An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing (WhatsApp, email or another written message) and any agreed advance payment has been received. We may decline an order if the specification or quantity cannot be met.
3. Prices and payment
Prices and payment terms are the ones stated in your quotation or order confirmation. Bank charges, taxes, duties and import fees in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless the quotation says otherwise.
4. Production time
Production time depends on the product and the quantity and is stated in the quotation. Times are estimates and may change if the buyer changes the order, or if materials or circumstances beyond our control cause a delay. We will keep you informed.
5. Shipping and delivery
The shipping method, shipping cost and delivery terms are agreed with the buyer before dispatch. Goods are packed carefully for transport. Delivery times given by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by us.
6. Natural materials
Our products are made of natural wood and finished by hand. Variations in grain, colour and small marks are normal and are not defects. Photos and descriptions on this website are for guidance, and the final product may differ slightly.
7. Inspection and claims
Please check your goods when they arrive. If something is damaged, wrong or missing, tell us in writing with photos as soon as possible, within the period agreed in your order confirmation, so that we can look into it and agree a fair solution.
8. Custom and OEM orders
For products made to your own design, logo or specification, you confirm that you have the right to use that design, logo or specification. Custom items are made specially for you and normally cannot be cancelled once production has started.
9. Website content
The text, photographs and designs on this website belong to Wood Master International. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. We try to keep the website accurate but we do not promise that it is free of errors, and product details may change without notice.
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date it is published.
